These arrived all rolled up in one tube. The tube was very hard cardboard so it seemed well protected. I could never get them full flattened however. I tried heat, laying heavy flat items on top for over a week straight, etc. They still remained curled at the ends. I used tacky putty to attach to the walls in my sons room and they seem to lay decently flat after that. They seem thick and sturdy.
