We bought this set and two other sets of Melissa and Doug dolls for our daughter for Christmas. They are all absolutely wonderful. Very well done. A kind of toy that you can pass from child to child. My daughter loves to dress up all the dolls and then hang them up and play like this (like they are all going to a ball). These dolls will keep her busy for at least an hour, absolutely amazing! A note on Melissa and Doug's company: We had a problem with one of the other dress-up dolls and contacted the company about our problem. They responded very quickly and made every effort to solve my problem. I have never experienced such GREAT SERVICE! Our family will now be lifelong customers of Melissa and Doug products as they have already won me over with the quality of their products and now we have the absolute icing on the cake with fantastic, friendly and prompt customer service! BIG company and BIG products! Of all the items my daughter got for Christmas, this is the one she has been playing with for the last week. I also love that the box includes suggestions on how to use these dolls for EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES! I would like to point out that I have read some of the other reviews about wanting a lid for this product. Yes that would be nice but it wasn't a problem for us as our daughter was told that after playing with the dolls all items should be collected and folded neatly back into the bin. But the lid would not interfere with transport. Also, the packaging it comes in is very nice.
