The plastic pedals (or cams) used to raise the wheels on the machine are not of good quality. This tool isn't used often, but the plastic cams may have broken after the fourth use. I called HTC customer service and they sent me replacement cameras in a refurbished metal version. They offered to do it for free, even though the 15-month warranty had expired. Download the warranty document, it only has ONE YEAR warranty. But they still fulfill the guarantee. That's a good sign. So while I am making a rating as 4 stars. It would be 5 if I didn't have to replace the cams. Looks like they figured it out, so new blocks might be fine.
