I am a tall person and should always take this into account when buying furniture, especially kitchen chairs/stools. Our last pair of stools lasted ten years before we finally gave up. I was immediately interested in them because they looked solid and the seat and center adjust screw looked sturdy. We were not disappointed when we received them. The stools were fully assembled. They are very firm with a comforting weight. The feet are close to the ground as they don't dangle from side to side. The seat is very comfortable and is a great way to pass the time. The price was very reasonable and delivery was quick. I highly recommend them if durability is a must.
