I installed a solar/inverter upgrade in my RV. I ordered good quality 2AWG copper wire with 3/8" spade lugs as that was the largest size I needed. The system worked but I was disappointed that I could only get about 1300 watts out of the 2000 watt inverter before it shut down. researched that the inverter shutdown was most likely due to undersized cables or improper lug size. It was the tips that got me, the switches are 1/4" lugs and my batteries are 5/16" lugs and the required control shunt is 3/8". The inverter easily holds its ratings. These tips do the job well and can handle high current. The heat shrink tubing in the kit looks very high quality.Good value for money.
