It works as intended and really makes things easier, but my idea was that I could change the oil and keep my hands clean without gloves or Vaseline or so. That didn't happen. I think future builds could achieve what I was hoping for if they could have some sort of grommet covering the drain tube that you could pull back on when draining the oil and then tighten the tube and close it for storage. In this form I keep it in a ZipLock bag and the oil gets on it and then on my hands. Still worth every penny and makes life easier.
