I bought no less 5 other cushions searching for relief for gnawing pain radiating on the back of my thigh + b4 finding this one. Some were more expensive then this some less or about the same. This one was intriguingly different and After much thought I decided to give one more cushion a try because of it’s unique design and difference from the others I had tried. BINGO!‼️ This one really really works for me! I love it so much I bought a second one so I have one on hand for any place I need to sit for more then 3 minutes! I am so glad I did try this odd pillow and hope to never be without it! ( might need a third to be sure). It is designed in such a way that it also takes pressure off of the tailbone area as well but it truly helped my sciatic type thigh pain tremendously! 👍👍 Yay
