Really good customer service and quick to respond

I like most how easy it was setup up when first used - all my customers have been able use this seamlessly without any training or support from us! The only downside has so far as we are using version 7 of ViSD (which will be going away soon) which isn't compatible yet; however they say there should not really anything too major missing at least by Jan 1st 2020 but you can always ask them if your still having issues then call their tech team out :) We had previously struggled greatly finding someone who could help our clients get started very easily also being supported after hours/weekends etc..

There were few things initially where some processes weren’t quite perfect maybe something about getting new licenses set-up /etc would take longer than expected? But once those got sorted everything else just worked well!!
