I got this for my patio sliding door so the dogs can go in and out during the spring and summer. I removed the sliding screen door and installed the mesh door. This was my second purchase of a mesh door. The first one (which was cheaper & purchased at Walmart) had a few magnets along the seam and only a few pieces of velcro. It didn't stay attached very well and when it was windy, the little magnetic boxes would hit the window, making a huge racket and eventually breaking the magnets holding the boxes.That is not an issue with this mesh door! The entire seam is a magnet on both sides, so the door "closes" immediately after the dogs go through. The bottom is not attached via velcro, so they figured out pretty quickly to dip their noses and push through towards the bottom. The magnets immediately come apart and then go right back together when they are through. So far, so good. I highly recommend this product!
