The best part of this training was that it gave us practical tips for our day to-day work with prospects as well! It also helped me understand my role in selling better so I could deliver more effective pitches/sales messages.- Nothing at all!! This is great product & highly recommended by everyone who's attended these trainings from past few years (1st 2 weeks are very difficult but after those you're good). We've learnt how important proper planning before calling or asking any prospect about their interest would be beneficial - helps save time during calls too! Also we were taught what questions should ask when meeting new clients / customers etc., alongwith some basic knowledge regarding accounts like banking institutions where they handle transactions worth thousands per month :D.
