Turns out I won't be using them on this project because the 3 inch PVC has a cap that reduces its inner diameter , so I'm probably just buying a 1/16" screen, trimming it, and sealing it in place. That means the pipe is hidden under a cover and sits 20 feet off the ground, allowing it to be functional without worrying about aesthetics. But it was a great price and I will use them in the future.
