Let me first say this kit works great and does its job. However, the unit I received had the clear plastic cover cracked and scratched. Also, the small metal ring around the wooden handle was loose and wouldn't stay on. I had to file off part of the handle to fit where I could glue it. Other than that, the tool is what I need for my hobby where I will only use it occasionally. It's a cheap little tool kit. You get what you pay for.
