I just received my ADC Diagnostix 703 Palm Style Aneroid Sphygmomanometer with Adcuff Nylon Blood Pressure Cuff, Adult, Purple today. I have used a couple of times and seems to work very well. It's very easy to use, read and understand as well.

Pros

The sphygmomanometer is easy to read, with clear, large numbers on the gauge
