It was very helpful for the constant sciatica I was suffering from. I'm about 20 weeks old and recently had to return to work which needs to get me on my feet. I suffered from back pain before returning to work, assuming that work would only make the pain worse. So I decided to wear this brace and it seems to help prevent further pain.
