During my pregnancy I always suffered from quite severe sciatic pain, to the point where I would limp or even get stuck in one place and not take another step could. Now pregnant with a 4 year old and this belt keeps my hips in place so much I don't even limp anymore.

I really wanted to like this product, the packaging was so cute. Unfortunately the belt did nothing for me. I tried at 20 weeks and 25 weeks, now at 31 weeks and still nothing. It doesn't seem to lift my pregnant belly or decrease the weight. It doesn't seem to support my back. I am 5'2, 143lbs and 31 weeks pregnant. I am confused about this product.

This is a great maternity belt that not only relaxes your back but also your tummy and you know what that means for a happier mom too. You also get instant relief, so that's a plus. Not to mention it's pretty light so you don't feel like you're carrying anything else on top of the little watermelon growing inside you. Overall I am very happy with this purchase.

This is great for my sciatic pain walking to get some exercise. I can walk about 2 miles before the pain starts. It really helps deal with the heaviness of a heavy stomach. Depending on what leggings I wear, sometimes the straps lift and the bones bend, which needs an adjustment once or twice when worn. Otherwise I would recommend and continue to use throughout my pregnancy.

I bought this waist belt to wear at work a few times when I go for a walk. I basically sit at my desk for 12.5 hours so seated wear was not possible because it was uncomfortable. I would only wear this if I plan on standing or walking all day. I ended up buying another waist belt for work as I couldn't wear it while seated.

Received my harness fairly quickly. I've only used it for one business day so I don't have a good rating, but it's comfortable, doesn't itch and I didn't even realize I was wearing it. I will say what I was expecting when I first put it on, I expected it to take a lot of strain off my back, but it has really helped some. I hope to get more comfort if I keep using it. I stand in the drugstore all day so the floor doesn't help and my back and hip hurt a lot.

Love it! This is my third child and I wear very low. This belt has greatly relieved my ligament and back pain. In addition, working with this belt is much easier and more convenient. I've been wearing it every day for a month and a half and I wouldn't have it any other way! By the way, if the front is not low enough, I feel a slight discomfort in my stomach when sitting, especially when sitting for a long time. But with a simple adjustment everything is fine!

I'm 21 weeks pregnant and I'm a large size so I was concerned about the fit. This item stretches well and allows you to grow evenly! I had back pain that made me cry with no relief from sitting, lying, or even standing. The first day I wore it, it made a huge difference. I was able to be fully active and enjoy time with my family. I'm amazed at how well it worked. I recommend getting a few of these simply because you want to wash it regularly and have a backup when you're active.

It was very helpful for the constant sciatica I was suffering from. I'm about 20 weeks old and recently had to return to work which needs to get me on my feet. I suffered from back pain before returning to work, assuming that work would only make the pain worse. So I decided to wear this brace and it seems to help prevent further pain. It actually mostly helps with the initial pain. It is also easy to use and put on. Not to mention the easy check-in and comfort during the day.
