Review on 🎨 Winsor & Newton Cotman Watercolor Paint Set - Pack of 12 Vibrant Colors for Artists by Paula Stewart

I love this little palette. I didn't use the paint that came with it, but my pot halves that I filled with professional quality paint fit in the gaps in the palette with ease. I can slide them in and out if I want to change my color palette. I prefer this plastic palette to metal because not only is it lighter, but the paint mixes better in the mixing wells. I don't use the water brush very often, so I used the water brush space to add additional half panels. The included water brush is pretty and tiny to keep in your purse or mini sketch kit, but doesn't have a lid to cover the bristles, which is a problem because not only can the bristles be damaged, but water can potentially get through the bristles and flow into the pouch/sketch kit. Since there is no lid, you cannot pre-fill the brush. The bristle head detaches and you fold it into the body to close it, so you can't just pre-fill it and put it in your bag for quick use. I find it terribly inconvenient if you don't have water with you, but I think they designed it to match the palette. Definitely I prefer brush room for a few extra colors.
