As someone who works in IT, the fact that I've waited so long to buy a 240Hz monitor is probably one of the most embarrassing experiences of my life. I'm too old to participate in games, but it helps A LOT in games and is very noticeable in melee combat. I spent about 20 minutes scrolling webpages and moving windows when I bought it just to see how much better it is compared to my other monitor. If you sit in front of your computer a lot and have a good graphics card, you need a 120-240Hz monitor, even if you don't believe it. Please consider purchasing. Also my first LG! I hope it lasts as long as my old monitors!
