Not worth the investment
Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I was excited to try this lumbar support pillow but was highly disappointed. While it did provide adequate SUPPORT for my lower back, it was stiff and uncomfortable to lay on... I found myself constantly adjusting the pillow throughout the night, resulting in disrupted sleep and even more back pain. Save your money and stick to a traditional pillow..
