When will I ever know? I bought this in December 2020 along with the O-cedar mop system. Finally opened the box today to try it out. I was really impressed with some of the features and design. Following oddly worded instructions, I assembled it and filled it using a bath snorkel to fill it from the kitchen sink faucet (so I didn't have to lift a heavy bucket of water). So I noticed the water level. the bucket didn't go up, then i noticed that the floor in my kitchen was flooded. When I looked for the cause, I saw a huge crack in the side of the bucket. Straight out of the box! I haven't even had the chance to use it even once. A piece of junk. And of course I missed the return date.
