Malfunction! The backing for attaching the Velcro random orbital sander wears out quickly and falls off!

A few twists and they start to fall and won't hold up. The backing (white fabric part) where the Hook & Loop random orbital sander is supposed to be attached starts to lose grip after a few uses - the sandpaper isn't even worn out. I don't know what's going on, I've worn others (from another manufacturer) and even to the max (sandpaper side), they still stick to my velcro random orbital sander with no problem.
