Review on LeadWare by Mark Adams

I like that it is easy for me as an admin user with limited technical skills or training in computer programming/scripting languages (such Python etc.)to add new features without having any coding knowledge required! It also has great reporting capabilities which are very helpful when trying identify areas where improvements can be made within your organisation - this reduces time spent doing manual labour tasks such as searching through emails / spreadsheets looking at reports from other systems only available via third party applications & services not integrated into one system solution e..g Salesforce CRM platform! We have had no issues so far but would love if they could implement some sort customisation options using their API feature rather than relying solely upon 3rd parties who may charge additional fees each year requiring renewal payments by us customers!!
