Very accurate! on my review.

Pleased with initial use of product so far. Used it to template door jambs while installing vinyl flooring in bathroom and laundry room. Seems to be a quality product and a good value. Glad I got both sizes, found I needed the smaller size when working a tight corner location under a cabinet. Pins/plastic strips a little stiff, but sure this will work itself out with a little more use. I'm not a contractor, just a do it yourself homeowner.
