I wanted to love it and keep it, but I had many problems with it. First, it's too rigid, making it difficult to maneuver. Second, it was too coiled up, which didn't help when laying the snake as it kept rolling on its own. The third and most important problem with this product is the mechanism and part of the snake that connects and keeps coming loose causing pressurized water to splash everywhere. I would only have addressed issues #1 and #2 above if the drain pipe/hose adapter hadn't come loose every time I tried to route it properly. But you need 2 people to use it, 1 is just for holding the snake hose spout adapter to keep it from falling apart while the 2nd person is cleaning and laying.
