I haven't tuned my car on a dyno but I don't feel any difference in performance. a typical CAI adds +5 hp. either way and you won't notice. I didn't notice any change in fuel consumption either. I don't hear any "whistle" either. I always have CAI installed on most of my cars, it allows the engine to breathe a little easier and gives a nice look under the hood. Assembly and installation at the highest level, the product corresponds to those declared.
