Attention. Synology has full access to all your data. When installing you give them rights to your data! According to you, you are looking for information on how to read debug logs. The log file is just a Linux kernel dump in a double archive. We'll open it with 7Zip and once you go down a few levels you'll see the full folder/file structure. Almost every file in these folders can be opened with a text editor (we use Notepad++). Please note that they are not very user friendly unless you know what you are looking for. And all potential personal information or sensitive information must be encrypted, except for bugs that contain filenames.
