Review on 💡 1.5HP 230V 1Phase Control Box by Frank Mayes

The Franklin controller is not warranted unless installed by a Franklin certified technician. I purchased this item in early October 2020 and the main circuit breaker failed in April 2021 (less than five months old). This controller was used to water my lawn and ran for the required months (it was out for several months during the cold season) every day for 30 minutes per station and I have 11 stations. When I started my system in March, everything was going great, but in April the device was broken. I pressed the left main button on the bottom of the control box and it failed immediately. Took the box off and tested everything with a Fluke 287 test tool only to find the main switch failed the test. I haven't had any luck finding a replacement switch so now I'm forced to buy another box. I would not recommend Franklin as there are no guarantees unless you are a DIYer. Big disappointment, this box broke so quickly.
