Good keyboard……not yet

This is a beautiful keyboard case for my iPad Pro. I bought the key to number 1/ on 12/31/2020 and at the end of March! stopped working Do you know how often you ! Button? So since Earto offers a "30-day money-back guarantee and 1-year free replacement,” I sent them an email describing my problem and requesting a replacement. before they gave me a replacement. The attached video shows my feeble attempt to prove to them that the key doesn't work. Before I made the video I told them that it can be difficult to make a video about a broken device WITH a broken device. . What if the iPad was my only thing and I needed to record videos, how doesn't that work? Here is her response to my comment about making the video: We are sorry to hear that you cannot complete the video on your own as we need to see your specific steps to give you the exact solution. I thought it was easy because our other clients can finish the video themselves and didn't tell us it was difficult. I very much regret it. Do you speak a little insultingly and condescendingly? After I submitted the video, they responded with instructions on how to follow a series of steps to try and get the keyboard working properly. It was long and uncomfortable. Then in another email, two weeks before they agreed to replace him, they asked me to write a review for Revain, saying "your job depends on it." I agreed to write a review ONLY , after they sent a replacement. So here's my review: This is a good keyboard. Finally, let me say that I use this keyboard case daily in my salon business. I am 66 years old and anything but dimwitted or uneducated. All I wanted was for the company to honor her with a "carefree replacement" so I could get on with my life and conduct my business. What I got was opening my email while sipping my morning coffee to find ANOTHER email from Earto asking about one more thing before they agreed to replace it. Their customer service is annoying, tiresome, inefficient and abusive. Customers considering this keyboard should be aware of what to expect when they run into problems. And Erto......I'm glad you're done! (Yes! The ! button works!)
