The soap is excellent and arrived on time. It's a little more expensive than your bigger brands because it's eco-friendly. I don't care about the smell itself, but if it's important to you, you have to stick your nose into it. a bottle that really smells like something. A real downer: 3 out of 6 bottles arrived with broken caps. I have to change caps when sorting bottles - it's not a big deal but it really shouldn't be. I understand if one breaks, but not three. I don't know if they ripped in transit due to insufficient protection or if the company sent defective caps, but it's true. disappointing.
