Bought two of these. The keyboard and mouse did not recognize one of the Win 7 machines they were connected to. Confirms the USB ports and connections are OK. Went to the seller's website to see if they have USB drivers for this device. The only downloadable file was in RAR format. I don't have a RAR decompressor so I contacted the seller and told him I can't work with a RAR file and need a USB driver in a different file format. Since the seller is located in China and doesn't offer support until 5pm PT (I'm in the Midwest), I had to wait all night for a response. In the response I received I was asked if I could unzip a RAR file. When I first contacted them, I made it very clear that I couldn't do it. I am returning both devices.
