Not helpful for heel pain
If you have heel pain or any pain on the bottom of your foot, I do not recommend this product. The product claims to provide "Gel Ice Slippers for Plantar Fasciitis Relief" . Almost all of the gel is in the top of slipper. The top of your foot will be chilled but the "slipper" provides little cooling therapy of the bottom of the foot and the heel. the slipper needs to have much more cooling gel in the bottom - there is almost none. I should have returned it.
