If you have an attached garage that gets unbearably hot when you park your cars at the end of the day, YOU NEED THIS FAN! With a 2.5" anchor bolt installed in the garage floor between the garage door opener and our wall, the temperature in the garage dropped to outside within 1.5-2 hours, not a stifling 120-130 degrees! A bonus, our attic temperature is lower, the air conditioning throughout the house runs less at night, and the two rooms that share a wall with the garage are noticeably cooler! as a portable box fan on top! Couldn't be happier with the purchase. The lag screw was not included, but the swing arm mount is there and the installation hole is pre-drilled.
