Walk on the cloud - my new report

Update: I had to return them with the footpegs or bumpers (see photo) due to a manufacturing defect (which someone else pointed out). Cosmetic imperfections aside, I loved these shoes and my original review below still applies to me in regards to the all white shoes. Unfortunately, upon return, which was easy, adidas_official was not in a size 8 and identical shoes from other sellers in a size 8 cost double or more than what I paid for. 😕 Orig. Rating: I thought my last pair of adidas (dirty with orange-brown stripes) would be the most comfortable shoe, but these shoes are far superior to my old running shoes. I can run all day in an all white Runfalcon 2.0 and I have. I think they would be good for those who are on their feet a lot. They're lightweight, have a very nice cushioning insole, especially under the ball of your foot and in the heel (which I love!), plenty of room in the toe box and the collar hugs the ankle comfortably. The cut is lower than my old adidas so my invisible socks are visible. You need to buy super-non-flashy socks. They seem to be a bit longer than other size 8 Adidas shoes I've had, but not 1/2 a size, so I wouldn't want to go down a size to a 7.5. My heel stays in place, doesn't slide forward, and my toes are comfortable and not cramped. I find that a bit more room around the toes is a plus IMHO. I like the all white color with a gray border. It can be difficult to keep them clean, but I'll try, or toss them in the washing machine on the gentle cycle and let them air dry. So far Runfalcon 2.0 has no real disadvantages for me. I will definitely buy this shoe again and recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish comfortable sneaker.

Pros
  • I love them and they are perfect for my morning walks.
Cons
  • Not suitable for cross-country or off-road running
