The steel is (so far) of good quality and looks good. Drainage issues and some stains
High quality steel - looks and feels solid. I'm not sure if this is a common problem with large rectangular sinks - food particles that go down the sink don't go down the drain when washing dishes. You have to spray water around the sink and push food down the drain. In my opinion the gradient could be better and make it easier for food and water particles to move towards the drain. Another problem is that it seems to water mark. Before the conversion, we had a double sink made of stainless steel and we didn't have this problem. Not sure if this will also resolve over time as the sink is cleaned several times.
