This appears to be the best marine stereo case I have ever used/seen. It comes at a price, but it is a very high quality and durable product. I can confirm that it seals well, although it doesn't seem like it. After two days of continuous rain, there wasn't a drop in it. UPDATE: The lid is still tight. I spent the weekend pressure washing my boat and just for fun I thought I'd shoot the head unit right out of a pressure washer. NOT A SINGLE drop of water went through the seal. I was utterly amazed that I thought the flow from my scrubber would push it in, but it didn't.
