I've been wearing this for several shifts, once I figured out how to set it up it was easy enough. I am using the "pink" earbud in the picture with mine. The package includes 2 cables and hoses, as well as 2 sets of small rubber earphones and 2 sets of pink (one for each ear). At first I found the sounds very clear. However, my ear hurts after wearing it for a long time. The inside of my ear is starting to hurt a little, no doubt from trying the piece on. Not sure if it's my ear which is just sensitive and not used to it yet or if it's just an uncomfortable design. The sound is very clear and the wiring has 2 clips so you can clip on your shirt and not get in the way.
