no backlight on one device

Looks good and is easy to install. A red block with no brightness. The rest works as advertised. It needs to be replaced, but for a few weeks. there is no way to contact the seller. Could not complete my project within the allotted 30 days due to health and heat. It is to be hoped that the seller will change his mind and replace the defective device.
