Very dependable software - always works flawlessly

CSS provides us with several features to keep our contact centers running smoothly in real-time at all times, even when we aren't there! Features like being able connect in from home are definitely great for situations where you're out sick or having an off day that will likely be missed by users trying to reach your team. There isn't too much I dislike about this product as it seems very thorough but doesn't usually run into bugs because they have such strict quality control over their products. We really enjoy using CSS's self service capabilities and the ability to provide customers with options for how they'd prefer to receive messages from us. The only downside that comes along with self service capabilities is not getting around to replying until after someone else has sent them one first, thus leaving us without any feedback for hours on end. Keeping users up to date during busy periods without sacrificing accuracy. I like that it's very easy to use, with all features included in one platform. It also has good customer support from both technical side as well as sales team. Sometimes there are some bugs but they're usually fixed within few days. Highly recommended! We have been using this product since 4 years now without any issues or complaints at least until now. Hosted Call Centre Software which we can manage our own agents via web browser instead having dedicated hardware devices installed by us.
