Used to replace the exhaust fan in the bathroom. It moves more air than the centrifugal fan it replaced, makes less noise than the fan it replaced, and doesn't seem to care about higher humidity. I've run it on a timed pattern so I can leave it running for a while afterwards to keep airing out the room and it works well and replaces the air in the room fairly quickly. the first model, but it didn't move as much air as I wanted; this moves more air, but at the expense of more noise). The noise doesn't bother me as it's quieter than the one it replaced and moves more air, but if you want near-silence, look elsewhere.
