Not as nice as they Look

The chairs are nice and easy to put together. They are also very comfortable. Didn't have that much trouble putting them together with one arm. However; after I sat in one and hit the handle to test the height the chair became stuck in that position and like one other review the handle appears to be broken. I tried to fix it, but then some small pieces of the chair started falling off and couldn't find this problem in the directions. Put everything back together, however; the chair remains stuck in this position.
