It's easy for customers in different countries with different languages (and no English) to communicate about their booking or any issues they have encountered during check-in/checkout process. I don't think it has much of an advantage over existing services like AirBnBs etc where we can talk through chat directly without paying fees as such! For those who are looking into providing customer support via this platform - make sure your software supports other language too!! The benefits include ease if communication between clients from remote locations which requires additional human effort otherwise would've been difficult at times.
