I am an all-position sleeper (pre-sleep really), plus size gal that was skeptical of this product, but my back/neck/shoulder pain in the morning was getting out of hand, so decided to try it. I found the back sleeping position for the pillow immediately more comfortable than my standard pillow. The side sleeping position took a couple nights to get used to, but I rarely wake with neck or shoulder pain now instead of every day. I do not find the stomach sleeping position any better than a standard pillow. It says it includes a pillowcase, but I would not call it that; I just throw a standard case over it.
