The program provides accurate, up to date information about employee strengths which allows companies like mine (TigerDirect) provide effective job placement for our candidates with in-demand skillsets or potential new jobs within Tiger Direct's vast network of vendors & partners! So far so good - if only we could find time each day/week etc..to check it out at least once per week as an added tool would be very helpful!! Do not hesitate take advantage of this FREE service provided by TDI! I recommend using proDOSCORE because they use current data from their clients' systems allowing you know who has what skill set needed for positions currently open / upcoming openings I like how easy it is to use, and how intuitive the interface is.

It's not perfect, but it does have a few quirks (the "Save" button doesn't always work when you're in the middle of editing something). But as long as you are willing to go through the learning curve, it's a great tool for measuring employee performance. We've been able to quickly identify which employees need additional coaching, training or feedback.
