I ordered four tires at the price of 14, but one of them was actually 15. There are no concerns regarding the tires in and of themselves; nonetheless, the retailer made a mistake.

Pros below:
Very quiet tire. After tire fitting, I even opened the window a couple of times to see if the spikes were noisy.
With its cons:
At a temperature of +3 it seemed like a roll on dry asphalt. Possibly due to the fact that it is very soft.
