I like the way the emails are tracked and we have the option of customising the emails as per our requirements. It is a great tool to use for the company and we are able to track our emails and follow up with them. There is sometimes lag time between the emails being sent and the time the emails are opened and answered. I would like to say that this has been solved and they are looking into it. For the most part everything is working as expected but when an email is sent, sometimes it is not opened until much later than it should be. This can be a problem when we need to follow up with the customer to make sure they received the email. It has been a great tool to use for the company and we are able to track our emails and follow up with them. It has also been a great tool for the customers as well.
