That's complex. 4-5 stars at $550 will quickly let you down. Negative; A) No microphone input. Damn. Positive; A) ISO performance is competitive for the price range (as clean as the $1700 Olympus EM1 Mark 2). f2 and you can shoot in low light (video) or make sure you have a strong camera flash. Again, the ISO performance seems to be better than the Panasonic G7B). this will limit your processing in the post. If you don't do post-processing, you should be fine. D) The pop-up flash is pretty decent for a built-in flash. E) Battery life is excellent for a mirrorless camera. In 3 separate tests, we got over 2 hours of video on one charge. F) While the focusing can't compete with the SONY a6500, this camera has 121 contrast focus points (no phase detection on this model), we found it extremely accurate even in low light, and video offers smooth focus transitions. This camera's focusing system tops Panasonic's lineup (at least for video), including the G7, G85, and even the $2,000 GH5 bottom line. Whether you're an enthusiast or even an entry-level pro, this camera is incredibly hard to beat for the price. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask!
