My only complaint is that the rolls ended with the END of the strip. So essentially, you should unroll the whole strip and then apply it where you would like to begin. It would make installing a lot easier while it was on the roll, so we started with then end, and by the time we were finished, the connector would could not be inserted into the power supply. This left us with the only option to use the power supply in a less desirable, more noticeable location. The adhesive on the double sided tape seems weak, but the strips are light so we will see. I suggest wiping the area to be installed clean first . Other than that, the strips work fine. My daughter loves the music effect!
