I love how easy it is to use for my business! It takes 10 minutes or less to set up our system once we have all the information from other systems. The support team goes above and beyond with quick responses and excellent customer service skills. They are very knowledgeable and always willing to help out new people who have questions about the product. There isn't anything i dislike at this point in time. We haven't had any problems yet but if there was something they could improve upon, it would be more training materials which will help ease some of the learning curve. As an employee tracking tool, it makes it so easy for me to track everything I need to. FoodLogiQ is a great tool to use with my company. The interface is easy to use and it has all the features we need. The customer service is great and they always respond quickly to any issues we have. I don't have any dislikes. This product has helped my company stay within the rules and regulations that we are required to follow. It has also helped us to track our ingredients so we are able to stay compliant.
