Weird, moderately painful but effective
I'm not sure if I'm a sadist or if I just prefer to feel other pains to counteract my usual pains, but this weird carpet does. It looks like the meanest self-massager you can use, and swinging around the mini spikes gives you relief that lasts during and after. This is a good way to end your yoga session.
