First of all, the most important thing is costumer service and even though the company is clearly not operating in the US and there were many moments of miscommunication over emails, they did compensate me for some defects the chairs had.Really wanted to love them they look great, quality still need improvement, the gas lift sinks 2" when you sit, the base radius is decent size but at full hight it is not stable at all.Once again, company compensated me to my satisfaction, unfortunately they didn't have the color of chairs I wanted in stock, but I will try to buy from them again in the future.
