This is one of those annoying moments that is required in some cases when installing a new head unit. After making sure I fully understood the instructions, I proceeded to solder and make all the necessary connections to my main unit (sitting at a comfortable workbench. It took a bit.). The factory connectors snapped straight into place, and after spending some time reconnecting all the cables and harnesses to the dash, I was able to pack everything up.
